Hi there!  My name is Alexandra Tenney and I am a 4th-grade teacher at Lemon Road.  This is my 7th year teaching for FCPS!  I grew up in Fairfax County and have had a wonderful experience as a student and a teacher.  I graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Masters in Elementary Education.  I played softball through high school and college.  For fun, I enjoy going to the beach.  Cape Cod and the Outer Banks are two of my favorite places.  I got engaged in the Outer Banks and will be getting married in June 2023 in Cape Cod.  I don’t own any dogs but LOVE them (I am hoping to get my own dog soon).  I am a big sports fan and love to go to baseball, football, and hockey games.  I look forward to a great year and to meeting more of you!  Go Lions!
