Ms. Hagy serves as a 5th-grade teacher at Lemon Road Elementary. She grew up in Herndon, VA and then went on to receive her bachelor’s degree in 2020 and Master’s in Elementary Education in 2021 from James Madison University. She aspires to be an educator who propels students to believe in themselves and breaks down barriers by pouring out passion, positivity, and devotion. She strongly believes that while academics are important, the life lessons learned in the classroom, such as persevering through adversity, are just as critical for future success. In her free time, Ms. Hagy enjoys to run, cook, travel, read, and spend time with her friends and family.
